This statement is intent on clearing up speculation relating to our Rangers shareholding.

As a supporters group we own 50,477 shares – these were purchased on line.

Some of our members have given us proxy for their shares, and this amounts to 182,646.

Yesterday, Ryan King announced that he was giving us proxy for his 123,000.

We now have proxy for 305,646.

As of 27/01/2015, Vanguard Bears has the use of 356,123 Rangers shares.
